Dear Sir or Madam:
I would 1ike to recommend Mr. Wu Cao, one of the
most excellent students in our university, to
your graduate school.
I came to know Mr. Cao in 2004 when I became his
professor on Computer Network. What I
have to emphasize is not his grade but his
attitude toward his study and research. During
my course, I found he was one of the few
students who treated my course as an interesting
procedure of knowledge-absorbing and did their
utmost to grasp the essence firmly. Meanwhile,
practice, on which he spent most of his spare
time, helped him a lot in proving what he had
learnt from books. Mr. Cao showed his great
talent in this domain again when he chose the
course of TCP/IP Network Technology. As I
know, he was among the top 5% who got 2 ‘A’s for
both courses.
Besides, Mr. Cao impressed me with his original
and creative mind. He often discussed with me
about the trend of computer networking
development. Through his profound insight and
innovative ideas, I am sure that he has the
talent to develop himself in computer science.
Further more, beyond
his ability, he is an honest, optimistic,
easy-going young man.
By the way, you
may be wondering why
his scores in the past 3 years seem not
as nice as some of the other Chinese applicants.
Harder test papers and stricter grading could
provide a reasonable explanation. Mr. Cao, one
of the top 10% students, always stands out of
most of his classmates.
At last, I promise that Mr. Cao will make
outstanding performance at your university as a
graduate for
his great intelligence, diligence and his kind
nature.
I fully recommend him. Please feel free to
contact me directly if more information about
him is required.
Sincerely yours
Professor of Software School
